What is the hotels check in/ check our times?
Check In is from 3pm until 9.30pm and Check Out is until 10:30am.
How do I get to the hotel?
If you would like directions of how to get to us, please use our helpful ‘route planner’ on our contact page by simply typing in the postcode you are traveling from.
Do you have onsite parking?
Yes, however hotel parking may be difficult to access from the front. Please be aware that you can access parking from the back of the hotel by the main square car park.
Do you accept dogs?

Which rooms are pet friendly?
Our pet friendly rooms are on the first floor and you can view our rooms Here, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is available all week between 8am until 9.30am offering a fantastic range of both cold and cooked options. On our Breakfast table you will find a selection of cereal, fruit, yoghurts and pastries whilst our cooked breakfasts include Full Northumbrian Breakfast, Eggs Benedict, Craster Kippers, Warm Pancakes & more. We are also pleased to offer a vast range of Gluten Free options including Toast, Bagels & Crumpets.
